AIM movers: Sunrise Resources establishes project in Nevada and Celsius Resources refutes default accusation

Sunrise Resources (LON: SRES) has established the Lake copper silver gold project in Nevada. Copper and silver mineralisation occurs at surface. There is historical drilling that intersected mineralisation. The share price jumped 29.6% to 0.0175p.

Plexus (LON: POS) has entered an agreement with Cactus Wellhead to develop wellhead products for offshore energy applications. Cactus Wellhead currently focuses on the onshore market, and Plexus has the expertise to help broaden its product range. There is an upfront payment of £1m and the two-year deal should generate revenues of around £1.5m. The share price increased 8.47% to 3.2p.

Kazera Global (LON: KZG) has received an initial $750,000 milestone payment from South Africa AT Investments. This relates to the agreement concerning Whale Head Minerals and the development of the Walviskop project. A further $1.75m is payable on the grant of the 2A mining right. The share price gained 10.3% to 1.6p.

Pehlwan Malik Holdings has taken a 3% stake in automotive interior components supplier CT Automotive (LON: CTA). Pehlwan Malik Holdings’ main subsidiary is Green Destinations, which provides passenger transport services. In the year to July 2025, the group’s revenues were £18.1m and pre-tax profit £3.79m. Cash was £7.85m plus investments of £5.49m at the end of July 2025. The CT Automotive share price is 5.62% higher at 47p.

Oil and gas producer Jadestone Energy (LON: JSE) has drilled the second well in the Malaysia infill drilling campaign and this has added 2,800 barrels of oil per day. A third well has been drilled and results are awaited. The share price rose 4.27% to 30.5p.

Digital health and pharmacy company MedPal AI (LON: MPAL) is acquiring eMARx, a provider of electronic medication administration software for care homes and pharmacies. The initial consideration is £380,000 in cash and shares. Revenues were £740,000 and they have trebled over three years. Pre-tax profit was £110,000. The share price improved 2.94% to 3.5p.

FALLERS

Celsius Resources (LON: CLA) says Equinaire issued a notice of event default and notice of commencement of foreclosure proceedings, and this would enforce the security relating to Celsius Resources’ 40% interest in Makilala Mining Company. A notice of disposition seeks to initiate a public auction of the 40% interest. Celsius Resources refutes the default and the attempt to sell its stake. The share price slumped 35.7% to 0.225p.

Hospital financial administration software supplier Craneware (LON: CRW) has been hit by a cyber incident. There was an unauthorised access of part of its data. There is no disruption to customer services. Employee and customer data was accessed. The share price dipped 9.88% to £10.94.
