ECR Minerals (LON: ECR) says underground development at the Maddens underground mine in Queensland has identified an additional mineralised quartz vein containing visible gold. There is investment in processing equipment that will improve gold recoveries when production commences ECR has a 50% interest in the Maddens gold project. The share price gained 10.8% to 0.205p.
Marechale Capital (LON: MAC) subsidiary Bluebird Global Inc has launched its second-generation tokenisation, digital asset registry and marketplace platform. This links tokens and their legal contracts for the life an asset, enabling a record of ownership. Records are independently verifiable. The share price rebounded 9.45% to 5.5p.
Hostels operator Safestay (LON: SSTY) is selling its London Kensington Holland Park property for £3m. This is one of the company’s early sites and it generated revenues of £1.7m last year. There should be a £2.6m gain on the disposal. NAV was 22.2p/share at the end of 2025. The share price improved 4% to 13p.
The Property Franchise Group (LON: TPFG) grew interim revenues 7% to £43.3m. Like-for-like growth was 4%. The property sales market remains weak and lettings are doing better. Financial services revenues are increasing. Net debt was £8.2m at the end of June 2026 and there could be net cash by the end of the year. The share price rose 3.39% to 457.5p.
FALLERS
Waratah Capital Advisers has reduced its stake in lithium explorer Bradda Head (LON:BHL) from 3.78% to below 3%. Yesterday Bradda Head announced that its US subsidiary has a framework agreement for the development of a solar facility at a prospect n Pennsylvania. The share price declined 8.89% to 2.05p.
Video marketing technology and services provider SEEN (LON:SEEN) says John Humphrey Gunn has increased his shareholding from 22.47 million shares to 23.45 million shares, which is 16.4%. The share price slipped 5.56% to 4.25p.
IQE (LON: IQE) non-executive director Bami Bastani sold 500,000 shares at 45.83p each. The share price fell 2.62% to 43.625p, having been below 43p earlier in the day.
Strategic Minerals (LON:SML) says three drill rigs are working at the Redmoor tungsten project in Cornwall. The drilling of 44 infill holes should be completed in the second quarter of 2027. The share price dipped 4.05% to 3.55p.
