AIM movers: Gelion secures JDA in Asia and Winkworth takes legal action against chair

Shares in video games developer Devolver Digital (LON: DEVO) have recovered 8.61% to 6.625p following yesterday’s news it plans to cancel its AIM quotation and there will be a tender offer of up to $5m at 16p/share. Shareholders are being asked to approve the proposals at a general meeting on 8 September. A further tender offer of up to $5m is planned for 12 months after cancellation. Devolver Digital joined AIM on 4 November 2021 at 157p/share.

Battery technology developer Gelion (LON: GELN) has secured a joint development agreement with battery materials manufacturer Mitsui Kinzoku which will help progress towards commercial manufacturing in Asia. Gelion will receive £2m in staged payments to validate the company’s NES cathode active material (CAM) for use in high density liquid and solid-state sulfur battery cells. Mitsui Kinzoku has an option to negotiate manufacturing rights in some countries in Asia. The share price gained 5.41% to 19.5p.

Talisman Metals (LON: TLM) has published assay results for the Tirzzit project in Morocco. Chief executive Tim McCutcheon says “The new target outcrop at Tirzzit has produced exciting grades and is a key focus for Talisman’s planned drill campaign”. Copper grades range from 0.60% to 2.62%, and silver grades range from 12 to 44 ppm. The share price improved 4% to 6.5p.

Furnishings supplier Sanderson Design Group (LON: SDG) says interim revenues improved 6% to £51.4m thanks to a 19% increase in North American brand product revenues. Third-party manufacturing revenues recovered 19% to £11m. Licensing revenues were 13% higher at £4.9m. Net cash was £10.2m at the end of July 2026. The share price rose 1.94% to 79p.

Richard Griffiths has increased his shareholding in Next 15 Group (LON: NFG) from 12.2% to 13.1%. The share price is 3.05% higher at 329.25p.

Ratio Petroleum Energy has increased its bid for Pharos Energy (LON: PHAR) to 28.813p in cash plus 4p special dividend for each share and the board is recommending the offer. This is slightly higher than the Serica Energy (LON: SQZ) bid of 28.6683p/share in cash plus a 4p/share special dividend. Berenberg has trimmed its share price target for Serica Energyfrom 365p to 360p, although it sticks with its buy recommendation. The share price slipped 1.85% to 227.1p.

Rent guarantee services provider RentGuarantor (LON:RGG) has raised £1.7m from the exercise of warrants at 17.5p each. The share price fell 2% to 49p.

Estate agency M Winkworth (LON: WINK) has commenced legal action against non-executive chair Simon Agace. He is 84 years old and has been on the board since 2009. There are alleged breaches of confidentiality, and the company has applied for interim injunctive relief concerning proposed changes to the board. The business is operating as normal. The share price declined 1.41% to 175p.
