Ajax Resources (LON: AJAX) has started the environmental permitting process for the maiden drilling at the Pereira Velho gold project in Brazil. The process could take three months. The drilling budget is $1.5m. There has already been $5m spent on drilling and other work. The new work will enable a maiden mineral resource estimate to be calculated. The share price declined 5% to 4.75p.
