Automotive connection systems supplier Strip Tinning (LON: STG) has been awarded a DRIVE35 grant of £3m from Innovate UK and the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK to help to scale up its manufacturing and develop the cell contacting system technology. This will fund the business beyond 2027. The share price jumped 62.2% to 36.5p.
Security technology provider Thruvision (LON: THRU) says a partner in Asia has won a contract worth more than £3m. The customers are a number of airports in south east Asia and the equipment will be used for “airport worker screening and insider-threat mitigation”. This is the largest ever Asian order. Delivery should be in the six months to March 2027. The share price rebounded 36% to 0.85p.
Jubilee Metals Group (LON: JLP) has received two binding offers for the Large Waste project in Zambia at a level much higher than the acquisition price. The final deferred payment to the original seller of $5m will be paid in shares. The potential buyers are also interested in a broader collaboration. Along with previously announced disposals this should bring in nearly $100m of cash. The cash can be ploughed back into the core mining operations in Zambia, including the Molefe mine. The share price gained 10% to 2.75p.
Angus Energy (LON: ANGS) has made debt repayments of £5.24m since 24 June 2026, following a financial restructuring. This also shows the cash generative abilities of the Saltfleetby gas field. The share price improved 8.11% to 0.2p.
FALLERS
ECR Minerals (LON: ECR) has raised £636,000 at 0.175p/share to invest in the Maddens gold project in Queensland, where it has a 50% interest. There is investment in processing equipment that will improve gold recoveries when production commences. The share price declined 12.5% to 0.175p.
Cadence Mining (LON:KDNC) says refurbishment work at the Azteca plant, which is part of the Amapa iron ore project in Brazil, is ahead of schedule. It should be ready for operation by the end of August. An operating licence still has to be rewarded for commercial operations. Revenues will be used to fund a definitive feasibility study for the whole project. Zeus has a fair value estimate of 14.6p/share. The share price slid 7.77% to 4.75p.
ImmuPharma (LON: IMM) has selected Germany-based Kymos as bioanalytical CRO partner for its Kapiglucagon programme. This covers non-clinical and phase 1 trials. Kapiglucagon is a glucagon prodrug being developed for Type 1 diabetes. The share price dipped 6.06% to 3.7575p.
Fuel cell technology developer H-Power (LON: HPOW) has completed the first phase of the Komatsu joint development agreement to design and integrate its ammonia cracking technology for the Komatsu diesel engine. The second phase will last until the end of 2027, and it involves the construction and demonstration of the ammonia cracker technology with the Komatsu engine. The whole contract is worth $2m. Canaccord Genuity has been appointed as joint broker. The share price fell 5.14% to 10.43p.
