This is an important step towards Sunda Energy completing the acquisition of Matahio Energy NZ. The share price jumped 42.9% to 2p.
Marechale Capital (LON: MAC) has launched a $118m Coral Futures reef programme on Blubird’s Registry and Marketplace platform. Coral Futures has Western Australian approvals to manage the underlying ecosystem. The share price rose 30% to 6.5p.
Distil (LON: DIS) has received its first order for Blavod Black Vodka through its new US distribution partner. The first shipment will be in the quarter to December 2026. The share price recovered by one-fifth to 0.06p.
Data processing technology developer Ethernity Networks (LON: ENET) says that a transaction to monetise its IP could generate substantial upfront proceeds and longer-term income. AI infrastructure markets can use the technology. This would improve the balance sheet. The share price increased 16.7% to 0.0014p.
Aeorema Communications (LON: AEO) has started a share buyback of up to 5% of the share capital. Shard Capital will manage the buyback. The share price gained 10% to 66p.
Alien Metals (LON: UFO) says further assay results for the Elizabeth Hill project includes further significant intersections and this will feed an updated JORC mineral resource estimate in the fourth quarter. Alien Metals owns 30% of the Elizabeth Hill project and 8.7% of West Coast Silver. The share price improved 5.88% to 0.09p.

Caledonian Holdings (LON: CHP) has raised £612,000 at 1.25p/share. This will provide cash to fund the commercial rollout of Aspire’s multicurrency business current account and debit card, plus near term trade finance opportunities. Aspire was acquired for £9.33m in June. The share price slipped 24.3% to 1.4p.
AgTech and fire prevention technology provider Light Science Technologies (LON: LST) interim revenues rose 26% to £3.73m, although the loss increased from £160,000 to £800,000. Net cash was £1.38m at the end of May 2026. The growth in revenues came in AgTech. Building regulation delays hit fire protection income in the first half. The company is still on course to breakeven this year. The share price declined 9.37% to 1.45p.
Digital transformation services TPXimpact (LON: TPX) has won a three-year contract with the Ministry of Justice worth £25m with a potential one year extension. The contract is for probation services. This takes business won in this financial year to £58m. This helps to underpin the forecast pre-tax profit improvement from £6.9m to £10.7m. Profit taking has reduced the share price by 4.26% to 73p.
Bezant Resources (LON: BZT) has started blasting on the 90% owned Hope & Gorob copper gold project in Namibia. The share price fell 1.14% to 0.14p.
