AIM movers: Vast Resources returns from suspension and Empire Metals mineral resource estimate upgrade

Vast Resources (LON: VAST) shares have returned from suspension following the completion of the reverse takeover of Gulf International Minerals. The sellers own 80.2% of the enlarged company. This brings a 49% interest in the Aprelevka joint venture, which has four mining licences in the Tien Shan gold belt. These produce 11,000 ounces of gold and 130,000 ounces of silver each year from mining and tailings. There was £7.8m raised at 6.25p/share following a 25-for-one share consolidation. The share price jumped 50% to 4.5p.

Empire Metals (LON: EEE) says the updated mineral resource estimate for the 70%-owned Pitfield titanium project shows it is the largest titanium resource in the world. The figure has increased to 8.16Bt at 4.3% TiO2 for 349 million tonnes of contained TiO2. The initial measured resource is 21.6 million tonnes of contained titanium. This is enough to move to the mine planning stage. Zeus has increased its fair value share price estimate from 84p to 144p, just based on the near-surface zone which has 194.5 million tonnes of TiO2. The share price increased 7.08% to 49.15p.

Scancell Holdings (LON: SCLP) has received UK MHRA clinical trial authorisation for the phase 3 registrational trial of iSCIB1+ for treatment of advanced melanoma. There will be 550 patients enrolled across 90 global sites. The US FDA has also cleared an IND, and submissions are underway in other countries. The share price improved 2.11% to 9.7p.

Rentguarantor (LON: RGG) has raised £70,000 from the exercise of warrants at 17.5p each. The share price gained 1.64% to 62p.

Engineer Amcomri Group (LON: AMCO) says trading is in line with expectations. There has been positive trading as well as contributions from acquisitions. Interim revenues were one-third higher at £42.4m, and EBITDA rose 9% to £4.7m. Selling Premier Limpet helped to reduce net debt to £2.9m. The lack of contribution from Premier Limpet will reduce full year operating profit but pre-tax profit should improve from £5.3m to £5.6m. The share price edged up 0.79% to 127p.

Consumer electricals supplier Ultimate Products (LON: ULTP) traded in line with consensus expectations in the year to July 2026. Revenues were 3% lower at £145m. Pre-tax profit fell from £7.3m to £5.4m. The consumer market remains tough. The share price declined 4.48% to 53.3p.

Tekcapital (LON: TEK) says that investee company Vesari Inc has filed a twelfth patent application for predictive optical communications for satellite-linked geothermal-powered AI. This specifically extends the patents into low earth orbit operations. The share price slipped 3.85% to 3.75p.

Gana Media Group (LON: GANA) has appointed Lorenzo Caci as chief operating officer and he will oversee all the group iGaming businesses. The share price fell 2.5% to 0.0975p.
