Adsure Services profits jump amid new growth strategy launch

Adsure Services has reported a year of sharply improved profitability and set out an ambitious plan to reshape itself into a cluster of specialist professional services firms.

For the year ended 31 March 2026, the holding company for business assurance provider TIAA Limited grew operating profit by 18.4% to £1.07m, up from £0.9m.

Profit before tax rose 22.7% to £1.0m, and net profit climbed 23% to £0.75m. EBITDA increased 13% to £1.34m, lifting the margin to 13.4% from 11.8%. This was the third consecutive year of margin expansion.

“The principal driving force behind this margin expansion has been the realignment of our skills mix, supported by several significant strategic hires, a reduction in direct staff costs and the maintenance of strong business retention,” said Sarah Prescott, Chief Financial Officer of Adsure Services.

“Alongside this, strengthened sector-focused business development across the Group has grown our orderbook through both one-off engagements and long-term contracts, strengthening the quality and predictability of our revenue base.”

What makes their profit increase interesting is that revenue was almost dead flat at £9.97m.

Growth in the housing sector, where client numbers have passed 130 organisations, largely offset a softening in healthcare bid opportunities.

While Adsure’s reliable cash flow, growing profits and a dividend largely in line with last year will all be an attraction for investors, the group’s new strategy to build out a cluster of professional services firms powered by their proprietary AI technology set the scene for a new chapter for the company and its future growth.

“With these strong foundations in place, we are now setting out an ambitious new chapter for the Group. The Board has formally agreed a strategic vision to transform Adsure into a leading cluster of specialist, purpose-driven professional services businesses across the UK, united by a shared commitment to independence, transparency and ethical value creation,” said Kevin Limn, Chief Executive Officer of Adsure Services.

“We intend to pursue this through selective acquisitions of like-minded specialist firms running in parallel with continued organic growth through TIAA’s innovation and service development.

“Central to this vision is our proprietary AI technology, TIAA Insight. While we are committed to the full rollout of this technology across TIAA, we also believe TIAA Insight has the potential to create value well beyond our current operations and will be central to our future growth plans.”
