Galantas Gold (LON: GAL) increased its interim loss from operations from $1.94m to $7.04m. There was cash of $108.9m at the end of June 2026. Since then, Galantas Gold has paid $5m as part of the Dragones share purchase agreement. This follows a $100m fundraising of a unit (one share and one-half warrant exercisable at $0.80 each) at $0.55 each. A preliminary economic assessment for the Andacollo gold project in Chile is due before the end of 2026. A crushing plant has been acquired. The share price rose 7.69% to 35p.
Interim chief executive John Gahan has been appointed permanent chief executive of eEnergy (LON: EAAS). The share price recovered 6.74% to 1.9p.
NAHL (LON: NAH) is selling conveyancing business Searches UK to TM Group for an enterprise value of £1.23m. Cash received after costs should be £1.05m. Annual revenues were £3.34m. Rolling 12-month EBITDA is £235,000. Competition and Markets Authority approval is required for the transaction. NAHL continues to review the rest of the business. The share price increased 6.27% to 35.6p.
Ten Lifestyle (LON: TENG), the provider of customer loyalty services for brands, has won a multi-year contract in the Americas with a new client. This will support the launch of a new multi-category consumer concierge service during the first half of next year. This is classed as a medium contract, so it will be worth between £250,000 and £1m each year. The share price gained 5.03% to 94p.
Vehicles retailer Vertu Motors (LON: VTU) says new and used vehicles sales have gone well in the first five months of the financial year and orders for the number plate change in September are also strong. Increasing exposure to Chinese brands is helping. Full year results are expected to be better than expected and the pre-tax profit forecast has been raised by £1m to £25.5m, a small improvement on the previous year. Government consultation on zero emission vehicles could lead to the scaling back of targets. The interims will be published on 14 October. The share price improved 5.93% to 91.1p.
FALLERS
Xtract Resources (LON: XTR) has raised £2.1m at 1p/share. This will be invested in the Silverking copper and Amghas antimony projects, which could come into production before the end of the year. The share price declined 5% to 0.95p.
Empire Metals (LON: EEE) used £2.35m of cash in operations and £2.96m in capital investment in the first half of 2026. Cash was £12.4m at the end of June 2026. The focus is mine planning for the Pitfield titanium project. An ASX listing is planned. The share price slipped 3.56% to 41.95p.
Berenberg has cut its recommendation for Central Asia Metals (LON: CAML) from buy to hold and the share price target is 190p. The share price fell 3.69% to 175.1p.
