AIM movers: Premier African Minerals seeks spproval for share issues and Pri0r1ty Intelligence purchase

Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group (LON: PR1) is acquiring the operating assets and technology of Pirkx, a technology platform providing wellbeing and healthcare services and benefits to small and medium enterprises’ employees. There has been £5.4m of investment in the platform. This will significantly increase the group’s user base providing cross-selling opportunities. The cost is £50,000 plus a 4% royalty on revenues for five years. The share price gained 9.09% to 1.2p.

Shares in Fiinu (LON: BANK) rebounded 6.67% to 4p following changes to its agreement with Manx Financial (LON: MFX) subsidiary Conister Bank concerning the implementation of the Plugin overdraft. Proof of concept launch is expected at the end of the year. Talks continue with potential overseas partners. Manx Financial also announced a first half update showing strong operational growth. The core loan book grew steadily in the second quarter. Manx Financial is talking to the Irish regulator about a consumer credit lice that will allow it to move into the EU lending market.  The share price rose 8.33% to 26p.

Botswana Minerals (LON: BMIN) is going to start field sampling at the northern licences in Botswana. The AI analysis of the southern licences has defined another nine copper target areas. The share price improved 4.76% to 0.22p.

FALLERS

Premier African Minerals (LON: PREM) has sent a circular for a general meeting to gain shareholder approval for management to issue shares and disapply pre-emption rights. Management forecasts a requirement for $19.1m up until the end of 2027. The general meeting would provide the ability to raise around $12.7m at a share price of 0.016p. This would not be raised in one go. There will also be a ten-for-one share consolidation. The share price dived 27.5% to 0.00925p.

Futura Medical (LON: FUM) shares fell a further 6.47% to 0.26p. This is ahead of the closure this evening of a retail offer that could raise up to £150,000 at 0.2p/share. It has already raised £1.6m from a placing and launched a formal sales process. This should provide enough cash to get to February 2027 giving the company time to assess approaches for the business and/or assets.

Rockhopper Exploration (LON: RKH) shares slipped 6.99% to 72.55p following a speech by the president of Argentina. Regarding his position on the Sea Lion project in the North Falkland Basin.

Floorcoverings supplier Victoria (LON: VCP) says restructuring the business will improve efficiency. Management says that it will assess opportunities from the administration of UK floorcoverings distributor Headlam. There is no exposure to bad debts. Outside of the UK, trading is difficult. The refinancing of 2028 bonds could be completed by the end of the year. The share price declined 3.98% to 55.45p.
