Shares in Renalytix (LON: RENX) returned from suspension up 27.7% to 5.3p after the completion of the retail offer that raised £380,000 at 6p/share – the offer was up to £1m. VenHedge Capital Partners has increased its subscription to £1.66m, and Feynman Point Asset Management Master Fund subscribed £369,000. The total raised by the kidney diagnostics business is £10.5m. This is higher than the original amount sought.
Inspiration Healthcare (LON: IHC) interim revenues of £22m. The corresponding period included £6.5m of one-off revenues and excluding them underlying growth for the medical technology company was 25%. A strong order book will help underlying growth to continue, but the lack of the one-off order means that overall revenues will fall and there will be a full year loss. The share price recovered 10.8% to 20.5p.
Concrete levelling equipment supplier Somero Enterprises (LON: SOM) improved interim revenues by 22% $48.7m, helped by a recovery in North American revenues. Pre-tax profit rebounded from $4.9m to $9.1m. This enabled a one-quarter increase in interim dividend to 5 cents/share. The full year pre-tax profit forecast has been raised to $16.8m. The share price increased 8.33% to 260p.
80 Mile (LON: 80M) is proposing a merger with fellow Greenland-focused resources company Greenland Energy. The indicative offer would be 0.01108 Greenland Energy shares for each 80 Mile share. This values the company at £61.5m and each share at 1.1p, based on a Greenland Energy share price on Nasdaq of $1.37. Greenland Energy has potential hydrocarbon interests in east Greenland and joined Nasdaq in April 2026. 80 Mile is joint venture partner in the east Greenland interests, plus other operations in Finland and Italy. The share price gained 7.07% to 0.803p.
Molecular diagnostics firm Novacyt (LON: NCYT) has launched the In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR)-certified Yourgene® Insight DPYD assay. This can detect 19 clinically relevant variants in the DPYD gene. The share price improved 5.88% to 45p.
Claims finance provider Manolete Partners (LON: MANO) says trading so far this year is in line with expectations with realised revenues improving. The number and value of cases in the forward book has increased. The share price firmed 5.41% to 39p.
FALLERS
Diagnostics company Cambridge Nutritional Sciences (LON: CNSL) results were in line with the previous trading statement. In the year to March 2026, revenues fell from £8.3m to £7m, while the loss jumped to £1m. A similar loss on lower revenues is expected this year. The IVDR-compliant FoodPrint platform should launch next year. This should help the business to recover. The share price slumped 24.3% to 1.4p.
Xeros Technology (LON: XSG) grew revenues by two-thirds to £109,000 in the first half of 2026. Net cash was £3.5m. However, Cavendish has reduced its full year revenues forecast for the cleaning technology developer by 63% to £500,000, due to timing changes, while year-end net cash will also be lower than previously thought at £2m. There would be an unchanged loss of £3.5m. The share price slipped 16.7%to 1.125p.
Musical instruments retailer Gear4Music (LON: G4M) reports sales 7.3% higher in the five months to August 2026. That represents a slowing of growth in July and August, partly due to strong comparatives. The share price declined 7.08% to 262.5p.
