AIM movers: LPA upgrade and Renalytix boss buys shares

Video games publisher everplay (LON: EVPL) has sold more than one million copies of Wardogs following yesterday’s release. The share price jumped 14.8% to 336.25p.

Electronic and electro mechanical products supplier LPA Group (LON: LPA) is trading ahead of expectations in the year to September 2026. New contract wins, particularly in the rail sector, will also ensure a good base for next year. Cavendish has raised its full year pre-tax profit forecast from £600,000 to £800,000. There are no changes yet to next year’s forecast. The share price gained 9.03% to 84.5p, which is a 132% increase this year.

Renalytix (LON: RENX) chief executive James McCullough bought 340 American Depositary Shares (ADS) at an average price of US$3.875 each. An ADS consists of 50 ordinary shares. The share price of the diagnostics company is 8.93% higher at 6.1p. The recent fundraising was at 6p.

Built Cybernetics (LON: BUC) is selling 25% of German architecture business Aukett + Heese Frankfurt GmbH for €250,000. A gain of £78,000 is expected. It retains a 25% interest. Built Cybernetics will continue to receive 50% of the management charge for the Frankfurt office. The share price rose 2.63% to 1.95p.

FALLERS

Phoenix Copper (LON: PXC) has net assets of $38.2m, which is mainly down to the spending on the Empire mine. There was $3.12m raised after June and the short-term convertible loan was repaid. Cost cutting means that cash should last into the fourth quarter of 2026. There are plans to update the Empire mine open pit pre-feasibility study. The high copper price is a positive for the project. The share price dipped 8.7% to 0.525p.

Security and defence equipment supplier Petards Group (LON: PEG) returned to profit in the first half and generated £894,000 from operations. Net debt was reduced to £1.16m. Zeus is maintaining its full year pre-tax profit expectation of £460,000 before amortisation, compared with a £17,000 loss last year. The share price declined 2.56% to 9.5p.

European Metals Holdings (LON: EMH) had cash of $721,000 at the end of June 2026 after a $2.09m cash outflow from operating activities. The Cinovec lithium project is making good progress with potential cost savings from optimisation work. The share price slipped 1.96% to 12.5p.
