AIM movers: Keras Resources refocuses on copper and Celsius Resources unchanged after share consolidation cancelled

Keras Resources (LON: KRS) shares returned from suspension after the publication of the 2025 annual report. There was a $2.8m impairment charge. Cash was £153,000 at the end of 2025, while net debt was £1.87m. Keras Resources is buying 51% of Cornerstone Mining, which has copper exploration assets in the Kaoko copper belt in Namibia, for up to $1.18m in cash and shares. A further 19% can be bought for $1m. Keras Resources is selling the company that owns the Diamond Creek phosphate mine for £1.66m, including the cancellation of convertible debt. There will be a conditional fundraise of £1.8m at 2p/share. When these are completed there should be £1.83m in cash with little in the way of debt. Royalty agreements on asset disposals could generate £50,000 each month. The share price rebounded 28.6% to 1.8p.

Education software and services provider Tribal Group (LON: TRB) is selling its businesses to software investor Main Capital Partners for £189.3m in cash. An alternative offer from SilverTree Equity Partners was rejected. There will be £4.9m used for company share plans. If shareholders approve the deal the company will be liquidated and cash distributed to shareholders. The share price increased 20.9% to 81p.

Harvest Minerals (LON: HMI) has entered into a technical scientific cooperation agreement with the Brazilian Geological Survey to research potential minerals on the company’s project areas. The share price gained 20% to 0.3p.

Goldplat (LON: GDP) has announced a special dividend of 0.87319p/share. This will cost £1.5m. The share price improved 8.82% to 18.5p.

Pantheon Resources (LON: PANR) says that the farmout process continues to make progress and there are discussions with ten counterparties. In the six months to June 2026, operating costs were reduced from $6.9m to $5.3m. Cash was reduced from $24.5m to $10.2m. It has fallen to $5.5m since then. This should cover the fourth quarter of 2026. A fundraising is being considered and indications of support for up to $15m, which would fund 2027 costs. This depends on the level of payment from any farmout if it happens. The share price rose 7.86% to 11.53p.

Asiamet Resources (LON: ARS) shares have gone ex-dividend for the 2.68 cents/share special dividend. The share price is reduced by 84.6% to 0.325p.

Pre-clinical antibody discovery company Fusion Antibodies (LON: FAB) reported a rise in full year revenues from £1.97m to £2.1m, plus other operating and grant income of £872,000. There was a £1.11m cash outflow. Cash was £1.04m at the end of March 2026. The share price slipped 17% to 9.75p.

Cerillion (LON: CER) will not achieve this year’s forecast because the Omantel contract was late in starting and other business was not won in the second half. Omantel should still generate more than £10m in the second half. The deal is worth £42.5m. Panmure Liberum has reduced its pre-tax profit forecast from £22.7m to £18.9m, while next year’s figure has been cut from £24.9m to £20.8m. The share price declined 12.4% to 775p.

Brave Bison (LON: BBSN) has increased its offer for Systems1 (LON:SYS1) following last week’s rejection of the previous offer by the market research services provider. The new offer of 135p in cash and 2.394 Brave Bison shares, which valued the bid at 360p/share. That is based on an average Brave Bison share price of 94p, but it has fallen 6.98% to 80p. That reduces the value of the bid by 33.5p/share. The Systems1 share price is 1.2% higher at 340p.

Celsius Resources (LON: CLA) cancelled its 20-for-one share consolidation last week, so the share price is unchanged at 0.3p. There have been no trades today.
