AIM movers: System1 upgrades forecast and ex-dividends

Oil projects developer TomCo Energy (LON: TOM) says Valkor, its partner in Greenfield Energy, has started a re-entry and production start programme of pilot wells at Asphalt Ridge. Production could be 20 to 40 barrels of oil per day. If this is successful further wells will be drilled and Greenfield will have the opportunity to participate. A 500 bopd demonstration mined oil-sands separation plant is being built. The share price increased 13.3% to 0.0425p.

Premier African Minerals (LON: PREM) is amending options relating to production milestones at the Zulu lithium and tantalum project. There is no longer an option to exercise any options prior to the milestones. The interim loss was $6.9m. The share price rose 12% to 0.7p.

Talisman Metals (LON: TLM) has been granted three new exploration licences near to its Tirzzit copper project in Morocco and they last until July 2029. Targets will be evaluated. The share price improved 6.25% to 8.5p.

System1 (LON: SYS1) says adjusted pre-tax profit was £2.1m in the five months to August. Full year guidance has been raised from £4.2m to £5m. This will help in the defence of the bid for the market research services provider from Brave Bison (LON: BBSN). The shares are going ex-dividend for a final dividend of 6p/share and the share price is 4.48% higher at 350p, which is above the value of the bid.

FALLERS

Financial adviser Tavistock Investments (LON:TAVI) had cash of £9.2m at the end of March 2026. This is after reporting a £8.54m loss in the financial year. There was £4.98m of cash used in operations. An AI financial ecosystem will be launched in 2027. The share price slipped 12.1% to 2.55p.

Video games distributor tinyBuild (LON: TBLD) reported better than expected interims and full year forecasts have been upgraded. Interim revenues rose 18% to $20m and cash flow from operations was $6.4m, which equalled software development costs. Full year pre-tax profit of $5.2m is forecast, which is down from $5.5m in 2025. The share price was hit by profit taking and fell 7.5% to 13.875p.

Investment adviser and investor EMV Capital (LON: EMVC) has reduced its stakes in Glycotest and ProAxis enabling them to be deconsolidated from the results after the end of June 2026, which provides a better indication of underlying progress. Core interim revenues were 9% higher at £1.5m, helped by increased fundraising activity. This is covering a significant proportion of operating costs. There is a £5.2m non-cash charge for a phantom carried interest scheme liability. The underlying loss trebled to £900,000 because of fair value write downs. Assets under management were 4% higher at £117.5m. Panmure Liberum has a sum of the parts share price target of 128p. The share price is 4.12% to 46.5p.

Poolbeg Pharma (LON: POLB) says the POLB 001 Topical cancer treatment clinical trial will continue as planned a after a review of interim data of safety. Patient recruitment continues in the UK. The share price dipped 3.87% to 8.7p.

Ex-dividends

Alumasc (LON: ALU) is paying a final dividend of 7.6p/share and the share price slipped 9.5p to 223.5p.

Central Asia Metals (LON: CAML) is paying an interim dividend of 8p/share and the share price declined 7p to 160.8p.

Duke Capital (LON: DUKE) is paying a dividend of 0.7p/share and the share price decreased 0.75p to 26.5p.

Everplay Group (LON: EVPL) is paying a dividend of p/share and the share price slid 5p to 434p.

Fevertree Drinks (LON: FEVR) paying an interim dividend of 6.09p/share and the share price dipped 6p to 848.5p.

FIH Group (LON: FIH) is paying a final dividend of 5.5p/share and the share price rose 1.5p to 153p.

Fintel (LON: FNTL) is paying an interim dividend of 1.35p/share and the share price fell 1.75p to 186.25p.

FRP Advisory (LON: FRP) is paying a final dividend of 2.8p/share and the share price improved 0.5p to 116.5p.

Hargreaves Services (LON: HSP) is paying a final dividend of 20.5p/share and the share price declined 13p to 849p.

Personal Group Holdings (LON: PGH) is paying an interim dividend of 9p/share and the share price fell 13.5p to 441.5p.
