Rent guarantee services provider RentGuarantor (LON: RGG) says trading momentum continues to accelerate. September revenues were £4.5m, which is nearly double last year’s total. This year’s revenues have already reached £13m and are set to be £19.1m by the end of 2026. That equates to a pre-tax profit of £9.4m, which shows the operational gearing of the company. This means that the tax losses will run out, so next year there will be a normal tax charge that will hold back earnings. Net cash could be £13.7m at the end of the year. The share price jumped 17.3% to a new high of 112p.
Active Energy Group (LON: AEG) has secured a £1.3m funding facility with a private investment fund. The annual interest charge is 5%. There are also warrants being issued to the lender. This will be used to help to secure further renewable energy sites in the UAE. There is already capacity that has been established in the UAE, and it is seeking larger sites. The share price increased 14.3% to 0.08p.
MS International (LON: MSI) has been awarded a three-year contract by the US Navy. The order is for the MK88 MOD4 MSI-DS Stabilised Gun Mounts. The year one value is $61.3m with subsequent annual orders to be decided. The share price gained 8.13% to £15.30.
Cornish Metals (LON: TIN) has published the final assay results from drilling in the Roskear area of the South Crofty mine. The second hole discovered a new high-grade tungsten zone, intersected high-grade copper, and identified several previously unmodelled tin bearing structures. Tin is the focus of the company, but tungsten grades are unusually high. The share price rose 4.41% to 106.5p.
FALLERS
Light Science Technologies (LON: LST) says full year revenues will be lower than expected and loss will be between £800,000 to £1m. Revenues will be between £9m and £9.5m instead of the £11.5m forecast. This is due to two passive fire protection contracts being delayed. Gaining approvals is delaying work in this area. The contract electronics business is doing better than expected and AgTech is in line. The share price dipped 18.8% to 1.3p.
Fiinu (LON: BANK) has filed an application in Poland for the restructuring of Everfex. Tomasz Kwaśniewski and Mikołaj Grzybek had filed bankruptcy proceedings relating to loans they claim to be held. This will become part of a court process. To protect itself, Everfex has filed an application for bankruptcy, but requested it be stayed pending determination of the restructuring application. The share price slumped 14.3% to 3p.
Energy efficiency services company Earnz (LON: EARN) is acquiring the local authority and social housing business of GEM Environmental Building Services for an initial £10m in cash, shares and loan notes, with up to £13.55m more payable dependent on the achievement of revenues targets over two years. Earnz has obtained an exclusive licence for Smart and Agility compliance platforms covering UK social housing and local authorities. The technology can monitor heating usage and identify problems such as damp and mould, enabling remedies to be proposed. The acquired business generated revenues of £30.5m and EBITDA of £3.2m in the year to June 2026. The enlarged group will have revenues in excess of £50m. The share price fell 10.5% to 4.25p.
David Wilkins has moved from non-executive to chief executive of Alaska-focused gas explorer Pantheon Resources (LON: PANR). He is replacing Max Easley who is going to work for an oil and gas producer in Alaska. The US Government has secured up to $200bn. of energy infrastructure investment from South Korea, of which $54bn relates to the construction of an Alaskan natural gas pipeline and LNG export facility. The share price declined 6.36% to 11.115p.

Mercia Asset Management (LON: MERC) is paying a final dividend of 0.61p/share and the share price is unchanged at 28p.
Midwich Group (LON: MIDW) is paying an interim dividend of 1.9p/share and the share price declined 5.6p to 173.2p.
