MobilityOne (LON:MBO) says Bradbury Capital has floated on Nasdaq and it will receive £6.84m within 14 days of the completion of the merger of assets with the Nasdaq company. A further £3.42m is payable within 180 days of completion. The share price jumped 122.2% to 15p.
Richard Griffiths has trimmed his holding in retailer Mothercare (LON: MTC) from 33.2% to 32.7%. The share price rose 2.11% to 0.291p, having been as high as 0.35p earlier in the day.
Brave Bison (LON: BBSN) has raised its bid for Systems1 (LON: SYS1). The offer is 180p in cash and 2.394 Brave Bison shares, plus a contingent value right that could be worth 20p for each Systems1 share. Excluding the contingent right this values Systems1 at £53.4m. The Systems1 share price is 4.41% higher at 355p. Brave Bison is unchanged at 75.5p. Excluding the contingent right this values Systems1 at £53.4m or 405p/share. However, that uses a brave bison share price of 94p.At the current share price it is worth 361p/share, of 381p/share with the contingent right.
Floorcoverings distributor Likewise (LON: LIKE) has acquired assets from Headlam Group, which is in administration. These include the 90,000 square foot freehold Thatcham distribution centre, plus trade and assets of Crucial Trading and. Concept Flooring in West Bromwich and Stoke-on-Trent. This cost £14.9m and can be funded from the company’s cash resources. Management used to work at Headlam. Likewise will also help to sell Headlam inventory on an agency basis over a nine month period so as not to disrupt the UK market. The share price increased 6.94% to 38.5p.
Chaleit Holdings (LON: CHA) commenced dealings this morning. The cybersecurity company raised £1.1m at 50p/share , while founder Dan Haagman raised £1m.The share price has risen to 57.5p.
FALLERS
Beacon Energy (LON: BCE) says that the long stop date for the deal with Reabold Resources has passed without an extension being agreed. Either party could withdraw from the transaction, which would have taken Beacon Energy’s stake in LNEnergy from 24% to 43.2%. The transaction is dependent on the award of the Production Concession for the Colle Santo Asset. The share price dived 27.7% to 2.35p.
Fletcher King (LON: FLK) is selling a 50% stake in Fletcher King Services to its management for £550,000 with a balance payment of £100,000 relating to an insurance payment. There are put and call options on the other 50% for £650,000. Martin Samworth will become Fletcher King chairman, and the company will focus on property-related investments and acquisitions, particularly in technology. In the year to April 2026, group revenues fell from £3.84m to £3.47m and pre-tax profit slumped from £373,000 to £22,000. There is no final dividend, but there was a 20p special dividend that has been paid. The share price declined 8.7% to 31.5P,
Nativo Resources (LON: NTVO) has appointed Strand Hanson as nominated adviser. The share price fell 8.24% to 0.39p.
