Aquis weekly movers: Reveille Resources appointing Mike Pompeo to board

Uranium explorer Reveille Resources (LON: REV) has appointed former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo as non-executive chairman subject to due diligence. He will receive seven million options exercisable at 7.25p each and they last for his full three-year term on the board. The company’s focus is the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium exploration licence applications in Lombardy. YA II PN has reduced its stake to below 3%. The share price jumped 41.8% to 9.75p. Ajax Resources (LON: AJAX) has bought two million shares in Reveille Resources from Danta Devoto for £102,500. Ajax Resources has a 17.5% shareholding, valued at £1.36m. The Ajax Resources share price rose 10.9% to 6.375p.

Electrification technologies developer Equipmake (LON: EQIP) has reached a key milestone in its Project Coeus collaboration with Perkins. The project is developing a fuel-configurable hybridised industrial open power unit for off-highway applications. The advanced, fuel-configurable hydrogen hybridised industrial open power unit developed through the project is being installed in a Terex Ecotec TDS 820 high-performance shredder for machine testing. The share price improved 14.8% to 1.55p.

FALLERS

Ormonde Mining (LON: ORM) shares slumped 16.7% to 0.25p after announcing a capital reorganisation. Every 50 shares will be consolidated into one new share. The par value will also be reduced because the share price is below the existing par level.

Vault Ventures (LON: VULT) engineering partner Whitespace has entered two Memoranda of Understanding with Strategic Edge Consulting and Arqit respectively. They will be co-design partners for the post-quantum cryptography-based technology platform intended for use by financial institutions and regulatory bodies. The share price declined 15.1% to 0.225p.

Falconedge (LON: EDGE) says that incremental Bitcoin growth was 0.1784 Bitcoin in September.  The total holding is 21.5606 Bitcoin. The share price slipped 13.2% to 0.825p.

Adam Fletcher has a 3.05% stake in Coinsilium (LON: COIN). The share price fell 3.23% to 3p.

ProBiotix Health (LON: PBX) has changed its auditor from Gerald Edelman to PKF Littlejohn. The share price dipped 2.56% to 9.5p.

Quantum technology developer Delta Gold Technologies (LON: DGQ) reported maiden full year figures showing a loss of £1.27m, mainly due to admin expenses and R and D investment. Cash was £3.5m at the end of April 2026. This has declined to £3.15m. The share price the share price slid 2.08% to 117.5p.
