Jarvis Securities (LON: JIM) says it will consider credible reverse takeover opportunities, but winding up the company is still the current intention. There was £2.5m in cash at the end of September 2026. The 2025-26 results should be released before the end of the year. The share price declined a further 38.5% to 4p, which capitalises the company at £1.8m.

Trading in Serval Resources (LON: SRVL) shares restarted after the ending of the Capital Access Window. The retail offer raised £519,000 at 25p/share and this takes the total amount raised to £7m. The company is exploring for copper in Namibia and Botswana. The share price dipped 16.4% to 25.5p.

There has been some profit taking in cloud-based video editing technology developer Blackbird (LON: BIRD) despite today’s confirmation that elevate.io is available on the Google Perks platform in the UK. This enables Chromebook users to access elevate.io at a discounted rate. Existing and new users can take advantage of this browser-based offer. If the pilot is successful, it could be rolled out in other countries. The share price may have fallen 13.2% to 2.95p, but it is still 63.9% higher on the week.

Iodine producer Iofina (LON: IOF) disappointed the market with weak third quarter production figures due to lower brine volumes and a delay in IO#12 commencing production. Third quarter production was 205 tons. Second half iodine production expectations have been reduced from 460-485 tons to 440-455 tons. However, higher iodine prices have offset much of this decline. Forecasts for 2026 have hardly changed. The share price slipped 10.9% to 49p.
