Bezant Resources (LON: BZT) has commenced production of commercial copper concentrate for the Hope & Gorob mine at the Tsoaxaub Metals flotation plant and production levels will be ramped up. This month the plant throughput should be 9,000 tonnes. The construction of the mine and processing plant was ahead of schedule. Phase II planning is underway for another processing plant and further drilling is planned. The share price jumped 18.2% to 0.1625p.
Tooru (LON: TOO) says that its OAF gluten-free brand has secured new listings in Tesco and Asda. Two new products will be available in around 400 stores in January. The share price rebounded 10.3% to 0.16p.
Ampeak Energy (LON: AMP) chairman Duncan Black has bought 750,000 shares at 1.9p each in the sustainable energy generation projects developer, taking his stake to 0.885%. Earlier in the week, chief executive designate David Taaffe acquired an initial 260,400 shares at 2.244p each. The share price gained 7.89% to 2.05p.
Fabless microchip manufacturer EnSilica (LON: ENSI) rose 2.78% to 74p ahead of full year results on Monday 5 October.

Radiation technology developer Kromek (LON:KMK) has finalised an agreement for a £3m increase in its revolving credit facility. Chris Wilkes is stepping down from the board, and he will be replaced as non-executive director by Jane Osmani-Pearce. The share price fell 4.62% to 6.2p.
Dr Julian Stephens has resigned as non-executive director of Sovereign Metals (LON: SVML). He was managing director up until October 2023. He will continue to provide consulting services. The share price dipped 2.73% to 26.75p.
Gold miner Nativo Resources (LON: NTVO) says YA II PN has agreed a three-month repayment holiday under the £2.1m unsecured loan agreement. There is £1.68m outstanding. This will enable investment in the Phase 1 La Patona gold ore processing plant. The share price declined 2.13% to 0.46p.
Education software and services provider Tribal Group (LON: TRB) is adjourning a general meeting today to seek shareholder approval for the sale of the business to Main Capital Partners. The company puts it down to a procedural matter, but earlier in the week an alternative offer of 111p/share was being considered by Jenzabar Inc, which is worth more than the estimated 105p/share that the disposal would value the remaining holding company. However, there are already 52.7% of the shares subject to irrevocable undertakings to vote for the disposal. A new meeting date will be arranged. The share price slipped 1.47% to 100.5p.
