Gaming and broadcast technology supplier Nexteq (LON: NXQ) has diversified its customer base through Densitron winning an order for customised displays for electric delivery vehicles from a supplier of automotive electronics. Production should start before the end of the year and should build up over three years. There are no changes to forecasts. The share price recovered 11.1% to 50p.
Central Asia Metals (LON: CAML) increased interim revenues by 46% to $145.5m and pre-tax profit trebled to $59.3m. Net cash was $96.3m at the end of June 2026, after 410m of share buybacks. Kounrad copper production was 1% ahead at 6,304 tonnes, Sasa zinc-in-concentrate was 5% higher at 9,094 tonnes and Sasa lead-in concentrate production rose 6% to 13,312 tonnes. Production is in line with previous guidance. The Cygnus Metals acquisition should be completed in October, and a TSX listing is planned. Cavendish edged up its 2026 estimates with copper and zinc prices expected to remain strong and forecast pre-tax profit is $120m, up from $70.6m. The shares issued for the Cygnus acquisition will dilute the earnings in the short term, but longer-term prospects are good. The share price rose 10.2% to 184.7p.
Staffing firm Empresaria (LON: EMR) interim pre-tax profit has rebounded 256% to £3.2m and this led Allenby to rise its full year forecast from £5.2m to £6.2m. There was 5% growth in net fee income and costs were reduced. Net debt was flat at £17m. The share price gained 8% to 27p.
Marketing services provider Brave Bison (LON: BBSN) reported interims ahead of the July trading update. Net revenues doubled to £23.9m, and pre-tax profit was 120% higher at £4.1m. There was strong organic growth with a good performance from sport and entertainment. The share price moved back up 5.63% to 84.5p. The bid for Systems1 (LON: SYS1) is 135p in cash and 2.04 Brave Bison shares for each Systems1 share. That was equivalent to 327p/share, at the end of trading on the day before the bid when the Brave Bison share price was 91.5p. That means that the bid is currently valued at 313p. The System1 share price is unchanged at 335p.

Arkadian Strategic Minerals (LON: AKN) has installed access to the Jack Williams slope area at the Clogau-St David’s gold mine in north Wales. This is the source of the most gold previously mined in the area and there will be further assessment of potential further development. This will be used as part of the wider mineralogical review. The share price slipped 12% to 0.011p.
Biopesticides developer Eden Research (LON: EDEN) figures for the 15 months to March 2026 show revenues of £4.9m and the loss was £1.9m. Cash was £1.5m. Eden Research raised £10.8m and some of that cash came in after the period end. Cash was £9m at the end of April 2026. Products including Mevalone and Ecovelex have gained additional approvals. Sustainable biopesticides are becoming increasingly attractive to clients. The share price declined 6.38% to 2.2p.
Camellia (LON: CAM) says 50.7% owned Kakuzi has issued a profit warning. The 2026 pre-tax profit is likely to be one-quarter lower than in 2025. Dry farm conditions and the Middle East conflict hit the performance. There was also a softening of the macadamia market. Product diversification, such as growing avocado, will help future performance. Camellia says that its full year performance is difficult to predict at this point in the year due to seasonality. The share price fell 4.66% to £56.25.
Mendell Helium (LON: MDH) has generated cash proceeds of £280,000 through the exercise of convertible loan notes at 3p/share. The proceeds are after a 5% fee. The share price is 4% lower at 4.8p.
