Mercantile Ports & Logistics (LON: MPL) recovered a further 24.5% to 3.3p as the market awaits news following written submissions to the National Company Law Tribunal that were due to be submitted today. This is for the hearing relating to Karanja Terminal & Logistics. Judgement is expected soon after this. Creditors rejected the company’s proposals and approved different ownership of Karanja. However, Mercantile argues that the offer was accepted before its own proposals were annulled and it was not given the chance to pay off debt.
Automotive electrical diagnostics company Power Probe (LON: PWR) has launched a share buyback programme using excess capital of $1m. The share price increased 17.6% to 53.5p. The December 2025 flotation price was 82p.
Shares in Chaleit Holdings (LON: CHA) continue to rise following the commencement of dealings yesterday. The cybersecurity company raised £1.1m at 50p/share, while founder Dan Haagman raised £1m by selling existing shares. The share price has risen a further 15.7% to 66.5p.
Jubilee Metals Group (LON: JLP) says due diligence on the $35m disposal of the large waste project has been completed and an initial payment of $2.25m is expected in the next few days. There will be a 45 day period when documentation is completed. Drilling results from the ongoing Phase 2 drilling programme at the Molefe Mineare expected in the next few days. The share price gained 6.41% to 2.075p.
Digital health business Medpal AI (LON: MPL) says that it has received an indicative offer for £8m of funding from a non-bank lender. Other options are being assessed. No share issue is planned. Cash was £6.4m on 6 October. A general meeting is being held so that shares can be issued when warrants are exercised. The share price is 6.4% higher at 6.15p.
FALLERS
Water treatment technology supplier MyCelx Technologies (LON: MYX) has not yet received an expected $2m order in the Middle East. This is likely to be delivered in 2027. Disruption at a customer will knock another $1m-$1.5m off 2026 revenues. The chief executive is providing a short-term bridging loan of $500,000. The share price slumped 19.8% to 46.5p.
Interim results from Next Fifteen Group (LON: NFG) show a 1% dip in like-for-like revenues to £216.4m, while pre-tax profit was 2% lower at £30.2m. Net debt rose to £57.3m. The interim dividend is maintained at 4.75p/share. The arbitration over Mach49 continues. Although the hearing has completed. Trading is in line with expectations, although the recovery of some parts of the business has been slower than expected, with like-for-like growth in the second half and that could translate into full year growth. The share price fell 11% to 293.75p.
