Shares in Unigel Group (LON: UNX) doubled to 200p ahead of the cancellation of the Aquis quotation on 22 June.
Astrid Intelligence (LON:ASTR) executive chairman Mark Creaser bought an initial 166.67 million shares and chief executive Siam Kidd also acquired 166.67 million shares all at 0.09p each. The share price rose 28.6% to 0.09p.
WeCap (LON:WCAP) investee company WeShop has appointed Maria Weaver to help US expansion for the community-owned shopping platform. WeCap directly owns 806,022 class A shares and effectively owns a further 489,583 shares via its 23.5% stake in Community Social Investments. That is an effective stake of 11.8%. The WeCap share price is one-quarter higher at 0.375p.
Daniel Thwaites (LON: THW) improved annual turnover 5% to £127m and earnings also rose 5% to 13.5p/share. Strong trading helped to offset the higher employment costs. Net debt was reduced to £67.7m at the end of March 2026. The total dividend has been raised from 3.5p/share to 3.75p/share. Growth in inns was much greater than in tenanted pubs. The main profit improvement was in the hotels and spas division. Early trading in the current financial year has not been as strong as last year, partly down to the weather. The share price gained 22.9% to 107.5p.
Sterling Digital (LON:ASIC) has raised £383,000 at 6p/share, which was a premium to the then share price, which is one-fifth ahead at 6p. This will help to fund the energy-led Bitcoin mining infrastructure strategy.
Ajax Resources (LON:AJAX) says Environmental Impact Assessment of the Macacha copper and silver project should be received in July. A tender process has begun for the proposed drilling campaign. This will be used to update the historical oxide Mineral Resource Estimate of 6.6 million tonnes grading 0.62% copper and 18 g/t silver. There are also additional prospective areas. The share price increased 7.14% to 5.625p.
Tomahawk Metals (LON:TWHK) has completed due diligence on the Slovakian gold and antimony assets. Completion of the transaction should be in four to six weeks. The payment is five million shares issued in two tranches valued at 2p each. A further £100,000 is payable when the company moves to AIM. The share price improved 3.7% to 1.4p.
FALLERS
Delta Gold Technologies (LON:DGQ) has raised £143,000 through the exercise of warrants at 50p each. The quantum computing IP developer has renewed its research collaboration with the University of Toronto for a second year. A provisional patent has been filed. The share price slipped 12.5% to 140p.
B HODL (LON:HODL) says its lightning service provider platform has achieved early demand for its liquidity services and this provides Bitcoin-denominated fee income. Management acknowledges that the Bitcoin price has been falling. It says that it has sufficient cash for its requirements. The share price declines 9.09% to 5p.
