AIM movers: EDX Medical talking with more potential clients and Quantum Helium progress

Diagnostics firm EDX Medical (LON: EDX) has raised £2.7m at 14p/share. The cash will fund the new employee health screening service. Discussions continue with three potential clients, and two more companies have approached EDX. The company had expected to report 2025-26 revenues of £1.2m, but the auditors have advised that £860,000 should be deferred into 2026-27. Even so, the share price has jumped 20.5% to 11.75p.

GEO Exploration (LON: GEO) says results from the trial soil geochemical survey at the Gorge project returned exceptionally high gold grades. Gold was detected in 99.6% of soil samples. The share price increased 9.52% to 0.115p.

Transport software and technology supplier Tracsis (LON: TRCS) says group full year revenues improved from £81.9m to £85.5m and EBITDA rose from £12.6m to £13.5m. Cash was £19.4m at the end of July 2026 before the proceeds of the events business disposal and the acquisition of Mistral Data. The share price rose 7.81% to 345p.

TAP Global (LON: TAP) has launched its digital asset income strategy, which is a yield earning digital reserve on its Top Earn platform. The company will deploy its own assets into Tap Earn to generate income to help to cover operating expenses. Existing crypto assets are worth £1.75m and this will be topped up by surplus funds generated by operations. It is possible that there will be a fundraising for additional funds to be deployed under the strategy. The share price is 4% higher at 1.3p.

FALLERS

Quantum Helium (LON: QHE) is finishing an engineering assessment of the next phase for the next phase of testing and field development at Sagebrush-1. Helium bearing gas at approximately 2.5% has been confirmed. Permitting and drill planning is advancing on five other opportunities in the Colorado area. The share price slipped 13% to 2p.

Tower Resources (LON: TRP) has is near to receiving approvals for the farm-out transactions with Prime Global Energies in Cameroon and Namibia. This would release the $625,000 closing payment. Tower is raising £325,000 at 0.01375p. The share price fell 9.38% to 0.0145p.

Marechale Capital (LON: MAC) has released results for the year to April 2026, but these are for before the recent transactions that have enlarged the business. The company has become a fully integrated investment bank. The share price dipped 6.86% to 4.75p.

Vast Resources (LON: VAST) has been admitted as a member of Defense Industrial Base Consortium and the Cornerstone Consortium. This puts the company in a position to interact with organisations involved in critical mineral supply chains in North America. The share price declined 3.41% to 4.25p.
