AIM movers: Everyman Media stake acquisition and ex-dividends

Talisman Metals (LON: TLM) has raised £501,800 at 7p/share. the cash will finance exploration at the Tirzzit copper project and the Fougnar copper project in Morocco. The share price gained 16.7% to 7p.

Sunrise Resources (LON: SRES) says phase III sample evaluation at the Pioche Sepiolite project in Nevada has been positive with additional sepiolite horizons discovered. Pioche should be able to satisfy demand in the oil and gas drilling fluids sector. Locations for test mining have been identified. The share price improved 13.5% to 0.021p.

Itaconix (LON:ITX) has risen 11% to 191.5p ahead of interim results on 8 September. The share price has risen 78% so far this year.

Iron deficiency treatment developer Shield Therapeutics (LON: STX) increased first half revenues 42% to $30.4m, helped by a $7.9m milestone payment from China. Medicaid prescription approvals dived by 95% due to changes in authorisation requirements. Cash was generated in the first half. The company still expects to achieve operating profitability in 2026. The share price increased 11.45 to 4.9p.

Pageant Investments has taken a 7.24% stake in Everyman Media (LON: EMAN), which is expected to make an announcement about its proposal to leave AIM following talks with shareholders. The share price recovered 6.48% to 57.5p.

Digital finance hub services operator TAP Global (LON: TAP) did better than expected in 2025-26 and is on course to be profitable in 2026-27. Last year, revenues were £3m and the loss was £700,000. An £82,000 pre-tax profit on revenues of £3.7m is forecast for this year. The share price is 4.55% higher at 1.15p.

FALLERS

Cosmetics supplier Potter & Moore (LON: PAM) says first quarter trading was still challenging. Revenues and gross margins are slightly lower so far this year. There will be a second half weighting to the financial year. Cash was £4.1m at the end of July 2026. The share price slipped 8.33% to 22p.

Lebanese restaurants operator Comptoir Group (LON: COM) reported a small fall in like-for-like interim revenues. The performance of individual restaurants varied. The loss doubled to £200,000. Net cash was £1.6m at the end of June 2026. The share price declined 8.18% to 5.05p.

Rome Resources (LON: RMR) says modelling has identified two new mineralised zones and the continuation of another trend at the Kalayi tind deposit. Surface sampling at the New Brunswick tin tungsten indium project in Canada has been encouraging. The share price 7.94% to 0.29p.

Packaging company Robinson (LON: RBN) grew revenues by 5% in the first half even though demand was weak in Poland. Operational issues meant that underlying operating profit more than halved to £900,000 and underlying pre-tax slumping from £1.71m to £587,000. Net debt was £6.4m at the end of June 2026, with property disposals partly offsetting higher working capital. Forecasts have been down graded with pre-tax profit set to nearly halve to £1.5m this year. The share price dipped 5.66% to 125p.

Ex-dividends

Cavendish (LON: CAV) is paying a final dividend of 0.5p/share and the share price fell 0.9p to 9.25p.

Cohort (LON: CHRT) is paying a final dividend of 12.1p/share and the share price slid 31p to £12.93p.

Caledonia Mining Corp (LON: CMCL) is paying a dividend of 14 cents/share and the share price is unchanged at £18.25.

Greencoat Renewables (LON: GRP) is paying a dividend of 1.7 eurocents/share and the share price decreased 0.3 eurocents to 78.5 eurocents.

Samuel Heath & Co (LON: HSM) is paying a final dividend of 8.56p/share and the share price slipped 5p to 245p.

MS International (LON: MSI) is paying a final dividend of 20p/share and the share price fell 20p to £16.05.

Supreme (LON: SUP) is paying a final dividend of 3.8p/share and the share price declined 5.5p to 144.5p.
