Kazera Global (LON: KZG) subsidiary Whale Head Minerals has been granted a mining right over sea concession 2A in South Africa. This triggers a $1.75m from partner South Africa AT Investments, which will extend operations to 2A. It is expected to announce an overall mine plan in the next few weeks. Plant is due to arrive in November. Commercial production is expected in the first quarter of 2027. Zeus has set a fair value share price of 6p. The share price gained 22.2% to 1.925p.
Sutton Harbour (LON: SUH) has sent out the circular to gain shareholder approval to leave AIM. Annualised savings of £200,000 will be made. The company has to refinance its debt, Net debt is £26m. The property portfolio was worth £45.7m at the end of March 2026, and properties worth £4.74m have subsequently been sold and helped to reduce debt. Further disposals are planned and there will be returns to shareholders. The share price recovered 12.5% to 2.25p.
Rent guarantees provider RentGuarantor (LON: RGG) has released another positive trading statement leading to a further forecast upgrade. Revenues in the eight months to August 2026 were 472% higher at £8.45m. That includes £3.17m generated in August. The average contract level has increased. Cash was £7.5m at the end of August 2026 and the commencement of dividends is possible. Management targets a full year pre-tax profit of £4m and that could double next year. The share price increased 10.2% to 4.85p and it is 184% higher so far this year.
Orcadian Energy (LON: ORCA) is progressing the development of the Earlham and Orwell gas discoveries in the southern North Sea, which will supply an offshore data centre. The company has a joint development agreement with a US offshore data centre infrastructure developer. There will be a due diligence process prior to any development agreement. Zeus puts a risked value of 24p/share on the development and total risked NAV estimate for Orcadian Energy is 108p/share. The share price improved 8.57% to 19p.
Cybersecurity services provider Corero Network Security (LON: CNS) has gained two significant new customers. There is a $3.4m, five-year contract with a leading UK telecoms company. There is also a three-year contract worth $500,000 with a NeoCloud provider that covers two data centres. This could be extended to other data centres operated by the client. The share price rose 6.9% to 7.75p.
FALLERS
Quantum Blockchain Technologies (LON: QBT) has raised £350,000 at 0.25p/share. The cash will be used for further development and testing of the company’s Bitcoin mining technology and bring the existing US patent for ASIC Ultra Boost to commercialisation. The share price declined 18.5% to 0.265p.
Rome Resources (LON: RMR) announced a 45% increase in contained tin at the Kalayi deposit in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is next door to one of the world’s highest grade tin mines. The updated figure is 6,760 ounces of tin at a 0.8% cut-off grade. The share price fell 15.5% to 0.245p.
Logistics technology provider Touchstar (LON: TST) says interim revenues will be flat at £3.4m, while annualised recurring revenues are slightly higher at £1.6m. The pre-tax loss remains at around £100,000. Net cash is £2m. There is investment in updating products. Touchstar should return to profit next year. There was profit taking after the recent share price recovery and it dipped 8.82% to 77.5p.
