M2G boiler optimisation technology provider Sabien Technology (LON: SNT) says discussions continue with Haydale (LON: HAYD) and Intelligent Resource Management about a UK distribution agreement. The previously announced investment and financing framework will not go ahead. This means that the Strategic investor group will not buy the Richard Parris shareholding. His group will continue to provide financial support to the company. Non-core activities are being reviewed. The share price recovered 36.4% to 3.75p.
Huddled Group (LON: HUD) has launched is live commerce technology, which is a fusion of live streaming, auctions, chat and entertainment. This can also coordinate stock and fulfilment. A joint venture with AEWW will help to grow live auctions under the Peeko brand. The share price rebounded 14.3% to 0.4p.
Digital transformation services provider Made Tech Group (LON: MTEC) has won a £40m contract with an unnamed UK government department. This contract lasts four years. The pre-tax profit forecast for the year to May 2026 has been raised from £4.6m to £4.9m following a previous trading statement and the 2026-27 figure has been increased from £5.6m to £6m due to the initial income from the new contract. Net cash is expected to be £14.5m at the end of May 2026. The share price gained 12.4% to 43p.
Time Out Group (LON: TMO) expects a small dip in full year revenues to £72m, while continuing operations revenues rose from £55m to £61m. There are 13 operational markets and five more in development. Media revenues are also growing and the division returned to profit. The share price rose 7.41% to 7.25p.
Great Western Mining Corporation (LON: GWMO) has commenced drilling at the Defender tungsten project in Nevada. This should deliver a maiden mineral resource estimate by the end of 2026. The initial results will be available in September and October. The share price improved 7.35% to 3.65p.
FALLERS
Surveillance systems supplier Synectics (LON: SNX) reported a decline in interim revenues from £35.5m to £22.2m. This was partly due to a one-off contract in the previous period and meant that a pre-tax profit of £3m was turned into a loss of £443,000. The order book is worth £26.4m. There will be a more normal second half weighting this year, although the Middle East conflict creates uncertainty. EBITDA is expected to be between £3.7m to £4.1m. The share price fell 12.1% to 182.5p.
Marketing intelligence provider Pulsar Group (LON: PULS) is talking with HMRC about the timing of VAT and PAYE payments. The remaining amounts should be settled from cash generation. The trading position is stable. The share price dipped 8.93% to 25.5p.
Citigroup has reduced its share price target for Greatland Resources (LON: GGP) from 816p/share to 750p/share. The share price declined 3.01% to 645.5p.
