Clean Power Hydrogen has floated on AIM to further develop and commercialise its membrane-free electrolyser technology. The MFE220 has been developed and the MFE440 is being designed and could be completed by the end of 2023. There are potential orders for more than 160MW of electrolysers and management wants to invest in its global marketing programme.
There are plans for a vertically integrated acquisition that could improve its supply chain efficiency. The quotation will help the company finance any deal and the cash raised will also fund working capital and patent protection.
