Aquis weekly movers: Connecting Excellence premium funding

Executive recruitment company Connecting Excellence (LON: XCE) has raised £600,000 at 1.5p/share with one-third subscribed for by Adam Back. That was a premium to the market price at the time. The cash will be used to buy Bitcoin to add to the existing holding of 8.216 Bitcoin. A previously announced recruitment acquisition is still subject to due diligence. The share price jumped 55.2% to 2.25p.

WeCap (LON: WCAP), whose main investment is in WeShop, improved 12.9% to 0.35p. The WeShop share price rose 5.4% to $6.06/share during the week.

Coinsilium (LON: COIN) maintained interim revenues of £3,000 and there was a loss of £2.13m on crypto tokens fair value. That meant that the overall loss increased from £510,000 to £3.07m. Net assets were £11.7m at the end of June 2026. The share price is 8% higher at 2.7p.

Fuel additives developer Sulnox Group (LON: SNOX) has secured a four-year supply agreement with Greek shipping management company Spring Marine, which is also investing £1.1m at 40p/share. The agreement covers supply of Sulnox Eco at least 34 vessels and a 70,000 litres per annum increase on the previous agreement. Spring Marine has positive results from initial use. The share price gained 6.25% to 42.5p.

Reveille Resources (LON: REV) shares increased 6.12% to 6.5p after the Italian Senate approved the reintroduction of nuclear energy. Reveille Resources is applying for exploration licences over the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium projects in Lombardy.  

Vault Ventures (LON: VULT) is changing its name to Sentry 7. Mark Evans-Smith has been appointed chief executive. The company is developing a post-quantum cryptography-based technology platform to provide financial institutions and regulatory bodies with tools to support the integrity and verification of electronic communications in a post-quantum environment. Financial institutions are helping in the development. The share price rose 5.77% to 0.275p.

FALLERS

Property investor Ace Liberty and Stone (LON: ALSP) full year revenues fell 5% to £5.25m. The loss was reduced from £1.77m to £403,000 due to a reduction in asset write downs and a lower interest charge. Net assets were maintained at £30.1m. The share price declined 12.5% to 35p.

Ajax Resources (LON: AJAX) has extended the option to acquire the Nueva Celti copper project in Spain to 30 October. The share price slipped 7.41% to 6.25p.

Tomahawk Metals (LON: TMHK) raised £137,000 at 1p/share. The corporate adviser has changed to First Sentinel Corporate Finance and a company related to its boss Brian Stockbridge subscribed £75,000. The share price fell 5.13% to 0.925p.
