Revolting shareholders: Ocado diversity concerns

There were 23% of votes cast at the Ocado (LSE: OCDO) AGM against the re-election of senior independent director Andrew Harrison. The lack of gender diversity on the board of the grocery retail technology company has been blamed on his inaction by some shareholders, while others were not happy with the remuneration committee approach to executive pay.
