VSA Capital returns to the market in London

Broker VSA Capital Group is returning to the quoted arena for the first time in more than seven years. It plans to join the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE) on 9 September and could raise £250,000. This reflects plans to become more involved in AQSE.

Market conditions were tough in 2013 and trading volumes were low. Costs were being reduced and one of those costs was the AIM quotation. The share price had fallen by more than 90% to 0.875p. At the end of September 2012, net assets were £1.74m.
