Quantum Exponential is the latest shell launched on the London market by David Williams, who receives a £100,000 success fee on flotation. His previous two shells Bay Capital and Acceler8 Ventures both joined the standard list and do not appear to be looking in the same area as Quantum Exponential. The focus is quantum technology and predominantly companies in NATO countries.
