Eco Buildings Group (AIM: ECOB) has signed a manufacturing and supply agreement worth an indicative €11.9 million to provide its building system for 60 luxury villas at the Lake Gjokaj residential development in Albania.
The contract covers the manufacture, supply and installation of the company’s proprietary glass fibre reinforced gypsum (GFRG) wall panels, along with associated construction works, across roughly 14,000 square metres of housing.
Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2027, with the agreement running to April 2029. Eco Buildings stressed that the value is indicative and that timing and revenue recognition will depend on project delivery and the contract terms. It expects operating margins to be in line with previous guidance.
The company will produce the panels at its Albanian facility, where a second manufacturing line is due to be installed in December. Management said the multi-year programme should help keep the factory busier and smooth out the flow of manufacturing and installation work.
The deal sits alongside Eco Buildings’ existing work on Balfin Group’s Rolling Hills development in Tirana, giving the company two residential projects in the country to demonstrate its factory-built approach, which pairs off-site component manufacturing with on-site assembly.
In addition to its work in Albania, the company is rolling out its products across Africa, with projects underway in Gambia and Senegal.
The company previously said it had good revenue visibility. Today’s contract will make that revenue trajectory even clearer.
